We offer a variety of classes for all levels, from gentle and chair-supported yoga to more active flows and Yogalates. Each class supports strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Join us to move, breathe, and unwind—whether you're just beginning or deepening your practice.


Basic Level 1 Yoga Flow

This Foundational Flow yoga practice is accessible to all levels; ideal for anyone looking for an integrative, relaxing experience and is appropriate for both the apprentice yogi and the novice. Focusing on effective breath work, alignment and actions of the body, and simple meditation, the practice will help you strengthen, stabilize and unwind. Expect gentle, flowing sequences that create a mindful connection between movement and breath.

Yoga Flow Level 1 & 2

Lengthen and strengthen the body; stimulate and clarify your mind; uplift and enliven your spirit. Enjoy the accessibility of our Basic Yoga Flow class PLUS a few extra core strengthening challenges. Our Foundational Flow yoga practice is accessible to all levels and is ideal for anyone looking for a little revitalization. The sequences focuses on poses that will help you unwind such as hip openers, gentle lunges and twists. Instruction is innovative, fun, and technique based.

Gentle Yoga

This class comes in many versions: Sunday mornings with Quartz Crystal Bowls, Tuesday and Thursday at the lunch hour and Thursday night by candlelight. A great practice for beginners, those experiencing physical limitations, body aches, chronic pain — and anyone interested in exploring a gentle practice. This class includes basic breathing exercises, as well as a variety of foundational postures (standing, seated, and on the floor) in a serene and relaxing space.

Chair Yoga

Looking for a safe & gentle yet effective yoga practice? A class where you can enjoy all the benefits of traditional yoga without getting up and down off the floor? This 50 minutes class will stretch your hips, work your core, and relieve tension in your shoulders, all while being supported by a chair? Geared specifically toward the mature body, those with physical limitations, and/or those looking to improve their overall sense of well-being.

Yogalates Level 2 Yoga Flow

Yogalates merges the ancient wisdom of yoga and the modern intelligence of Pilates together to help you develop a deeper connection to your core, stability and healthy range of motion in the joints, healthy posture and reduce stress. We incorporate/use the Pilates Magic Ring (provided/limited) to quickly access and prepare the mind/body connection for our practice. This class is level 2 and is 70+min.

Sound Healing & Guided Meditation

Guided mediation is one of our best tools for balancing our emotions, relieving physical and psychological stress, and promote peace in the present moment. We offer private and regular group meditation events, included guided meditation, crystal bowl sound healing, mantra meditation, Yoga Nidra and more. Ask us for more information!
